No solution is provided and you have even claimed this issue NEVER happened before. But clearly, even in this thread there is another one with the SAME ISSUE.
So you are taking the approach of denying and lying about it.

Refund the money or I will have to waste more time on opening a refund claim.
I have already initiated a case with WordPress to get your themes removed as they do not work.
