All the digital products are made under standard qualities of WordPress and the images are high-quality and copyright-free.

Copyright:

We own all the copyrights of the products and if anyone is found copying and publishing our themes anywhere without our permission, then it will come under copyright law and the company has the right to take action.

Product Licensing:

All products are under 100% General Public License (GPL) (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html), which allows end-users to run, study and share the products.

Warranty:

All the digital products sold and distributed by us are useful and updated but we don’t guarantee that the products will be compatible with all the versions of WordPress and other third-party plugins. misbahwp.com is not liable for any product damage. There is no guarantee of themes functioning correctly after every modification.

Product Support:

Every purchase comes with a product support service. Theme support comprises installation, configuration, and small customization. We don’t provide any support for third-party plugins used for themes. The third-party plugins and jQuery sliders can create complications on our WordPress theme. If you have any concerns or issues regarding themes, you can call or mail us. Our support team will help you in no time. We don’t save the client’s access details, keeping in mind the protection of your website from hackers. We insist you to change the password often for security reasons.  We provide support for one year and must be renewed. Support is limited to one year only from the date of purchase, after which you can renew for $15 per year.

Price Change:

We reserve all the rights to modify or discontinue the license with or without any prior notice. Prices can be changed at any time and notification will be given in advance on the website. We don’t provide subscription-based prices.

Browser Compatibility:

All the products are web browser friendly. They support every browser including Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

The payment done for the purchase cannot be returned. Once the product is downloaded (We sell digital products so there is no physical delivery required) we will give you the required free support for theme installation.
