Page or post content is not showing on the page source

Hi,
I bought this theme a couple of weeks ago.
1. After I set up a Google Ads Call-only campaign for one of the posts,
the ads were disapproved.
I asked Google Support why, since I’ve been doing this for over 10 years, none of my ads had been rejected.
They answered that they couldn’t find my phone number in the source code of the page I was trying to promote.
When I checked, I realized this was true and had to use another website to setup a promotion for the offer.

Questions:
1. Why is it that the page or post content is not showing on the page source?
2. I found out that the theme is not working on iPhones. Could this be because of the same issue?
3. If Google bots cannot read the page content, will this not affect the SEO capabilities of the theme?
4. I also found out that the theme is quite slow to load?
5. Also, the hyperlink colours are not in blue. Whenever I change the hyperlink colour of a text to blue, it defaults to a light gray colour.
How to change this setting so the colours come out as the ones I chose?
